Seriously, though. 

If my summer is this boring all the time, I’m going to be mad I stayed in Brookings.

It sucks when your best friend and you work two different shifts and you live too far apart to walk over to their house. 

Or when your other friend works the night shift and you work the day shift.

Or when your other friend has two jobs and he just moved into his new place.

Or when you have an annoying roommate so you won’t leave your room because you don’t want to talk to her.

Or when your other friends live in Aberdeen/other various far away places.
